Once your request has been confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately and all personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any products, licenses, or other items associated with your account will be lost and cannot be recovered after deletion. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting our support team first so we can help you with whatever issue you may be experiencing.
We can stop or limit your access to the service at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms or done something harmful to other users or to the platform. Once your access is stopped, you will no longer be able to use the service. Any data connected to your account will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect your Roblox account to our platform, we use Roblox's OAuth 2.0 system to securely access specific parts of your account. This connection exists for two main reasons: to keep our platform safe and trustworthy, and to allow us to properly manage and verify the Roblox assets and services we sell.
Because we are a service that sells Roblox-related products such as assets, game passes, and other items, it is important that we are able to verify ownership and resolve any disputes or support requests accurately. If you reach out to us with a question or issue related to something you have purchased or own, connecting your Roblox account allows us to look into your assets and inventory to verify your claim and take the appropriate action.
We have also built our own asset management system, which allows us to view, update, or remove items tied to your account when needed. For general support requests and account management, any action we take will only happen with your explicit consent. We will always inform you about what we intend to do and why before taking any action.
However, if we determine that you have misused our service, violated our Terms of Service, or acted in a way that is harmful to our platform or other users, we reserve the right to take action without your consent on assets and items that are directly connected to our services. This includes assets that were created, published, or sold by FH Developments, items that were transferred to you as part of a purchase through our platform, and any content on your account that is directly tied to our services. We will never take action on assets or items that have no connection to FH Developments whatsoever.
We may also send notifications to your Roblox account through the platform's notification system. These notifications are used strictly for order confirmations, support updates, and important alerts related to your use of our services. We will never use this to send unsolicited or promotional messages.
When you connect your Roblox account, we may also access avatar configuration data where this is necessary to verify or deliver a product or service you have purchased. This data is only read and is never modified without your explicit consent.
